New FI connectivity to ESXI

UCS Side

1. Enable one port on the FI's as an uplink port and add it to the VLAN you will use for your static port in ACI

2. Use that as the optional VLAN  on the ESXi Host OS

ACI Side

1. Add the chosen static VLAN to the physical static vlan pool

2. Add the static port to the EPG and tag it with the chosen static VLAN as a trunk port
